By accessing or using Autoproctor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
4. Data & recordings
Session recordings and evidence collected during proctored exams are governed by your organization's data-retention policy and applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings.
